• Payments must be made in accordance with the agreed terms before the commencement or continuation of services.
• Invoices, receipts, or confirmations may be shared electronically to the registered email address.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

• All content, materials, software, logos, branding, photographs, designs, and other intellectual property available on the Platform are owned by Gigfolioo Technologies Private Limited.
• You are not permitted to copy, modify, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

You agree not to:

• Engage in unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful activities while using our Platform.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Gigfolioo, its directors, employees, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses resulting from your misuse of the Platform or violation of these Terms.

8. Refund & Cancellation Policy

• Refund requests, if applicable, must be made within 3 days of service delivery.
• Refunds will exclude applicable taxes and be processed within 15 business days via the original mode of payment.
• Cancellations after the commencement of service may not be eligible for a refund.

9. Modifications to Terms

Gigfolioo reserves the right to amend or update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on the Platform with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of such changes.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Srinagar, Jammu & Kashmir, India.
