Requests should include your name, project details, invoice number, and reason for cancellation.
If the project/service has not yet commenced, you may be eligible for a full or partial cancellation without penalty.
Once the project/service has started or been delivered in part, cancellations may not be possible or may incur deductions based on the work already completed.
3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be granted under the following conditions:
A valid cancellation request is submitted within 3 days of service delivery.
The service provided is materially different from what was agreed upon in the service scope.
Duplicate payments or erroneous charges were made.
Refunds are not applicable for:
Change of mind after service initiation.
Delays or issues caused by client-side factors (e.g., lack of communication, missing inputs, or third-party dependencies).
Customized projects, digital deliverables, or software licenses once development or deployment has started.
4. Refund Process
Approved refunds will exclude applicable taxes, processing charges, or transaction fees.
Refunds will be credited using the original mode of payment.
Processing time for refunds is up to 15 business days from the date of approval.
5. Non-Refundable Items
Certain services or items are strictly non-refundable, including:
Domain registration, hosting, SSL certificates, or third-party tools/software purchased on your behalf.
Completed design, branding, content, or development work.
Subscription or maintenance fees already consumed.
